WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Thursday, July 16, 2026:
Police assisted the Fire Department with a gas spill on Cumberland Farm on Main Street. (5:42am)
A Sudbury Avenue caller reported a red dump truck was parked in the roadway. Police responded. The contractor will move equipment around on the job site to park the truck. (10:47am)
A. Gomez Donato (38, Milton) was served a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License and Improper Operation Of A Motor Vehicle. (11:35am)
Police responded to a group of juveniles on e-bikes in front of TJ Maxx. Parents were notified and responded to pick up the e-bikes. (1:43pm)
A caller reported two female juveniles were on an e-bike meant for one person. Operator did not appear to know how to operate the e-bike properly. Police located juveniles at Middlesex Avenue and Longview Road. Police had a conversation with the juveniles and spoke with their mother over the phone, advising them all of rules and regulations for e-bikes. (3:16pm)
