WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for July 12, 2026

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Sunday, July 12, 2026:

A caller reported his remote control airplane got stuck in the pine tree 20 feet up above the snack shack at the Town Hall fields. Police will contact Tree Department for possible assistance on Monday. (1:30pm)

A walk-in party reported he lost his wallet in Austria. Wallet contained his bank card and license. (1:44pm)

A Cardinal Court resident reported her steam cleaner delivered by Amazon on July 7 was stolen. (2:55pm)

Lifeguard at Town Beach reported a female customer was acting hostile. Customer demanded a refund after her boyfriend was bit by a fish. Police responded. Customer was provided contact information for Recreation Department. All parties left for the day. (3:56pm)

A Denault Drive caller reported juveniles were using BB guns in the yard that abuts his property, shooting at targets. Police spoke with juveniles’ father, who will address the issue. (5:00pm)

K. Gonzalez (34, Brighton) was arrested for OUI Liquor; OU-Related Offense While License Suspended; Negligent Operation Of A Motor Vehicle; Marked Lanes Violation; Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License; and Possessing An Open Container Of Alcohol In Motor Vehicle. Vehicle struck a fire hydrant. (8:13pm)
