J. Negron Leon (41, Lowell) was served a summons for Unregistered Motor Vehicle and Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended Or Revoked Registration. (5:46am)
Police removed a snapping turtle from the playground at Town Beach. Turtle was placed in the water adjacent to the fishing pier. (11:53am)
Police spoke with 3 juveniles on the train tracks off Waltham Street and sent them on their way. (6:09pm)
A caller reported dirt bikes riding up and down Border Avenue. Police spoke with both juveniles and their parents. (7:07pm)
