WHS Class of 1971 will be celebrating its 55th High School Reunion today in Londonderry, NH. Anyone graduating from Wilmington High in 1971, moved before graduation, or attended a private high school is invited. Contact Michelle (LaValle) DeBye for details at mmzoo1953[at]gmail.com.
Town Beach at Silver Lake is open from 10am to 6pm. Wilmington residents, with proof of residency, may use the beach at no charge. Non-residents can purchase day passes at the Beach for $10 per person (ages 3 and up).
Wilmington Community Television (10 Waltham Street) is open from noon to 4pm on Saturdays this summer. Whether you’re interested in video production, podcasting, editing, sports broadcasting, photography, or want to see what WCTV is all about, or maybe just want an inviting place to study, or drink a coffee, stop by any Saturday. Come tour the studio, learn about WCTV’s programs, work on a project, or connect with other local creators.
Pacific Grove (211 Lowell Street) hosts karaoke from Winnell Entertainment on Saturdays beginning at 8pm.
