WILMINGTON, MA — Can you bike? Swim? Walk/run? That’s a TRI! Do one – two – or all three.

The 2026 Season of the Bryan Lyons “Try the Tri” starts this Saturday, June 20, 2026 — followed by Saturday, July 18, 2026 and Saturday, August 15, 2026 — all at 7:30am at Silver Lake/Town Beach in Wilmington.

Participants will swim at Silver Lake (with lifeguards and safety kayakers), bike ride on local roads, and walk/run around Silver Lake. This is a very beginner friendly group — first timers are welcome and encouraged!
