WILMINGTON, MA — The Town of Wilmington, with the assistance of Matrix Design Group Inc., is conducting an American Disabilities Act (ADA) Audit of all of its municipal buildings.

As part of these efforts, community members are encouraged to complete the online survey below. The purpose of the survey is to gather feedback regarding accessibility and inclusion within town-owned facilities, programs, services, and public spaces.

Responses will help identify barriers, improve accessibility, and support compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. All responses are confidential.
