OBITUARY: Alisha Marie Miller, 35

WILMINGTON, MA — Alisha M. Miller (Halpin), age 35, of Wilmington, formerly of Wrentham, passed away unexpectedly, along with her unborn child, on June 12, 2026, at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center in Burlington.

Born on August 10, 1990, in Newton, Massachusetts, Alisha was the cherished daughter of Michael A. and Patricia L. “Tricia” (Scott) Halpin. She was raised and educated in Wrentham and graduated from Norfolk County Agricultural High School. Possessing a remarkable intellect and an unwavering thirst for knowledge, Alisha continued her education at Salem State University, earning her bachelor’s degree as a member of the Class of 2013. She later earned her master’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University in 2022.

Alisha’s dedication, professionalism, and exceptional work ethic led her to a successful career in the hospitality industry. Throughout her career, she held several positions before proudly accepting the role of Associate Director of Sales at The Liberty Hotel in Boston. Her natural ability to connect with people, coupled with her professionalism, extensive industry knowledge, and outstanding customer service skills, earned her the respect and admiration of colleagues, clients, and friends alike.

From the moment she entered the world, Alisha possessed a joyful spirit that touched everyone around her. She was known for her positivity, warmth, and infectious smile. Her kind and welcoming nature drew people to her throughout her life, and she formed lasting friendships wherever she went—from childhood and high school to college and throughout her professional career. Alisha treasured the countless memories she made with family and friends, especially the summers spent with loved ones at Conway Lake in Conway, New Hampshire.

On October 15, 2022, Alisha married her sweetheart, Robert A. Miller, Jr. Together they built a beautiful life in Wilmington, a community she quickly embraced and where she formed many treasured friendships. Alisha also lovingly embraced her role as mother to Mason Miller, a role she cherished with all her heart. Together, Alisha, Robert, and Mason created a loving family filled with laughter, joy, and unforgettable memories.

Alisha will be remembered for her extraordinary kindness, compassion, and generosity. She genuinely cared about others and was always willing to lend a helping hand. Full of life and energy, she brightened every room she entered and had a remarkable gift for making people feel welcome. Known as the life of the party, she loved making others smile and laugh. Beautiful both inside and out, Alisha was truly one in a million—a woman with a huge heart whose love and light will continue to live on in the lives she touched. She will be forever loved, deeply missed, and never forgotten.

Alisha was the beloved wife of Robert A. Miller, Jr. and devoted mom to Mason Miller, both of Wilmington. She was the cherished daughter of Michael A. and Patricia L. “Tricia” (Scott) Halpin of Wrentham; treasured sister of Michael Halpin and his partner, Marissa Aries, of Wrentham, and Kelsey Frias and her husband, Nolin, of Norton. She was the special “Auntie” of Gavin Frias and Harvey Frias, who was also her beloved godson.

She was the dear daughter-in-law of Robert Miller, Sr. and Linda Pingiaro, and the late Patricia Miller, and sister-in-law of the late Nicole Miller. Alisha is also survived by a large and loving extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends who held a special place in her heart.

Family and friends are invited to gather for Visiting Hours on Friday, June 19, from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home, 187 Middlesex Avenue (Route 62), Wilmington. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, June 20, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Thomas Church, 126 Middlesex Ave., (Route 62), Wilmington, followed by interment at Wildwood Cemetery in Wilmington. In keeping with Alisha’s beautiful spirit, vibrant personality, and zest for life, family and friends are encouraged to wear bright and colorful attire to her services, reflecting the joy and light she brought into the lives of so many.
