Below is an announcement from the Wilmington Police Department:
WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Police Department is investigating a series of vandalism incidents that occurred in the Glen Road area during the early morning hours on Sunday, June 7, 2026, resulting in numerous mailboxes being destroyed.
Detectives have obtained security camera footage capturing some of the vandalism and are actively working to identify the individuals involved.
Residents in the Glen Road area are asked to review any doorbell camera and home security camera footage recorded between 12:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. on Sunday and report any suspicious activity, vehicles, or individuals that may assist investigators.
Anyone with information regarding these incidents is asked to contact Wilmington Police Detectives at 978-658-5071. Tips can be provided anonymously.
