5 Things To Do In Wilmington On Sunday, June 7, 2026: Wilmington Farmers Market Opening Day, Town Museum Open House

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are 5 things to do in Wilmington on Sunday, June 7, 2026:

The Wilmington Farmers Market will be open from 10am to 1pm, on the Town Common (140 Middlesex Avenue). Read the lineup HERE.

The Wilmington Town Museum (430 Salem Street) is holding its monthly Open House from 2pm to 4pm. A special World War 2 exhibit is on display, honoring Wilmington’s veterans.

DEADLINE TODAY: Rain barrels are available for purchase by Wilmington residents at a discounted price of $89 from The Great American Rain Barrel Company. If you are interested in purchasing a rain barrel or learning about the benefits of a rain barrel, visit their website at www.greatamericanrainbarrel.com/community and select “Wilmington.” The ordering deadline is Sunday, June 7, 2026 at midnight. Barrels will be delivered to the DPW Administration Building at 115 Andover Street for pickup by residents on Saturday, June 20, 2026 between 9am and 11am. Details on the ordering deadline and established pickup date can be found at the DPW website www.wilmingtonma.gov/public-works or by calling the DPW directly at 978-658-4481.

A Kars-N-Koffee Cruse-In will take place in the parking lot of Frangos (35 Lowell Street) every Sunday, from 9am to noon, through October.

The Middlesex Canal Museum and Visitors’ Center (71 Faulkner Street, North Billerica) is open from noon to 4pm.  Learn about the canal, which travels through Wilmington.
