WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Select Board meets this Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 7pm in the Hearing Room at the new Town Hall.
There are some noteworthy items on Tuesday night’s agenda, including:
— The Select Board Chair will consider a request of the new owner of Nick’s Pizza, Roast Beef and Subs (831 Main Street) to obtain a common victualer license.
— The Town Manager will provide a memo on data centers after a resident recently encouraged the board to proactively look at beginning the process of temporarily or permanently banning them in Wilmington.
— The Select Board will receive correspondence from the state regarding the Shawsheen Tech’s Excess & Deficiency Certification and from the school’s Treasurer regarding a revision to the Tech’s FY26 budget.
— The Select Board will consider authorizing the friendly taking of Sciarappa Farm (333 Andover Street).
— The Select Board will consider the request of Tony’s Ice Cream to obtain a hawk and peddle license to sell ice cream.
