STUDENT SPOTLIGHT: Wilmington’s Joseph Hartzell Receives Masters From Springfield College, Interning At West Point This Summer

SPRINGFIELD, MA — Joseph Hartzell, a graduate of Wilmington High School (2020), just received his M.Ed – Masters in Sports and Exercise Psychology from Springfield University.

Hartzell attended Pennsylvania State University and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Psychology in 2024.

This summer, Hartzell is interning at the Center for Enhanced Performance at the United States Military Academy at West Point.

This fall, Hartzell will be attending Merrimack College for a M.S. in Exercise and Sport Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning.
