WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for May 4, 2026

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Monday, May 4, 2026:

Lake Street resident reported people are continuously walking across his property to access Silver Lake. Police responded and spoke with someone fishing, who was unaware of the private property posting. (9:10am)

Police assisted Fire Department with structure fire in area of Grace Drive and Shawsheen Avenue. Billerica Police assisted in closing down streets and with traffic. Andover Control Officer took custody of family dog and brought to other location per family’s wishes. (12:05pm)

A dump truck did not secure its load and dropped tree shavings from Drury Lane down Route 62. Crew for Marcos Tree Service made arrangements to take care of debris. (3:34pm)
