WILMINGTON, MA — Below are 5 things to do in Wilmington on Saturday, May 2, 2026:

It’s Annual Town Meeting Day, Wilmington! Annual Town Meeting begins at 9am in the Joanne Benton Memorial Auditorium inside Wilmington High School (159 Church Street). Doors open at 8am for check-ins. Visit the Town Meeting website to read a letter for the Town Moderator, FAQs, this year’s warrants, and the recommendations from the Finance Committee and Planning Board. (It’s a little weird, but also a remember there will be a “Special Town Meeting” inside the Annual Town Meeting to address 4 additional warrant articles.) WCTV will be televising the meeting live on YouTube HERE and on Comcast 9 & 22 and Verizon 37 & 38. Wilmington Apple plans on live-tweeting at https://x.com/wilmingtonapple. The Wilmington Yardwaste Center on Old Main Street will be open from 9am to 4pm for the drop-off of leaves and brush. Learn more HERE.
