WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Friday, April 24, 2026:
A caller reported a group of juveniles were riding ebikes in the middle of Main Street, near Coco Nails. Police responded and spoke with juveniles, who denied riding in the street. They stated they were just crossing the street. They were advised of the laws. (1:17pm)
A passerby found a large kitchen knife on the ground on Salem Street. Police retrieved knife and brought to station for proper disposal. (2:41pm)
A juvenile’s leg got stuck in a swing at Rotary Park. Fire Department responded and extricated the juvenile. Parents were contacted and responded to scene. (4:48pm)
A. Acorn (31, Woburn) was arrested for OUI Liquor and Speeding. (7:46pm)
