Town Manager Evaluation, Billboard Agreement & More On Agenda For April 27 Select Board Meeting

WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Select Board meets this Monday, April 27, 2026 at 7pm in the Hearing Room at the new Town Hall.

There are some noteworthy items on Monday night’s agenda, including:

— The Select Board Chair will present the Town Manager’s annual evaluation.

— The Select Board will continue to discuss a proposed billboard grant agreement.

— The Select Board will discuss and be assigned motions for the Annual Town Meeting and Special Town Meeting on Saturday, May 2.

— The Select Board will review a letter from the Historical Commission regarding the Hudson-Roman House.

— The Select Board will review letters sent to and from the Wilmington Republican Town Committee and Wilmington Democratic Town Committee.

— The Select Board will consider extending a $5,000 grant to the Wilmington Farmers Market to combat food insecurity.

— The Select Board will consider approving a variety of annual appointments to town boards, committees, commissions, and positions. The Select Board will then consider ratifying the Town Manager’s appointments to other various town boards, committees, commissions and positions. The Town Manager will then announce even more appointments to various town boards, committees, commissions and positions, which do not require votes from the Select Board.

— The Select Board will hold a moment of silence for Ethel Butters, and recognize Ryan Johnson during its “Salute to Service” segment.
