The Wilmington Democratic Town Committee will host its Annual Scholarship Breakfast, from 10am to noon, at Rocco’s Restaurant & Bar (193 Main Street). Attendees will enjoy a great breakfast buffet and hear from elected officials and candidates for office. Democratic candidates for federal, state and regional offices will the featured speakers. Tickets cost $40. RSVP by emailing wilmingtondtc@gmail.com.  All proceeds will benefit the committee’s scholarships for graduating Wilmington seniors

Join the Headwaters Stream Team and Town of Wilmington staff to explore Martins Brook and the site of a future stream crossing upgrade at 10am. You’ll hear about the history of this site, why this project is important, and how it impacts everything from flooding to fish and wildlife. This effort is funded in part by the Massachusetts Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness (MVP) Program. Meet at Access Drive, just west of Shea Concrete (773 Salem Street).

The Wilmington Yardwaste Center on Old Main Street will be open on  from 9am to 4pm for the drop-off of leaves and brush. Learn more HERE.

The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is holding the following events and activities: Poetry Circle on ZOOM (9:15am) and Teen DnD (2pm).

The Friends of the Wilmington Memorial Library’s Book Store Next Door (183 Middlesex Avenue) is open from 10am to 4pm. 100% of all proceeds support the Wilmington Memorial Library. Learn more HERE.

Pacific Grove (211 Lowell Street) hosts karaoke from Winnell Entertainment on Saturdays beginning at 8pm.
