J. Marie Smith (47, Everett) was served a summons for Larceny Under $1200. Smith allegedly stole an iPhone. (10:59am)

M. Joseph (24, Wilmington) was served a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended Or Revoked Registration; Uninsured Motor Vehicle; and Speeding. (7:31am)
C. Jane Bouley (74, Wilmington) was served a summons for Malicious Destruction Of Property Valued At Under $1,200. Caller reported a female party is at the apartment complex and broke a decoration outside of her home. (10:45am)
R. Champoux (64, Tewksbury) was served a summons for Leaving The Scene Of Property Damage. Caller reported a past hit and run. Target had video of the incident. (1:46pm)
N. Lydabel Hernandez (26, Malden) was arrested for Shoplifting By Asportation (Value At Over $250). Target’s Loss Prevention Officer called to report an attempted shoplifting incident worth several thousands of dollars. (7:39pm)

G. Enrique Perez-Ramirez (39, Lynn) was arrested for Shoplifting By Asportation (Valued At Over $250) and Shoplifting By Asportation. Target Loss Prevention Officer detained an alleged shoplifter for alleged shoplifting incident on December 7 and another alleged shoplifting incident today. A Spanish interpreter was requested — a Methuen Police Officer responded. Perez-Ramirez was driving a FedEx truck. Truck was left in the lot and co-workers were contacted to pick up vehicle. (4:04pm)

B. Saber (49, Tewksbury) was arrested for Receiving A Stolen Motor Vehicle. Caller reported his employee at Pacific Grove believed his car was stolen at some point today. Police responded. Employee claimed their father stole the vehicle. Police eventually made contact with the father and picked him up on Woburn Street. Vehicle had been abandoned in the area of Salem Street. (9:55pm)
