The Wilmington-Tewksbury Chamber of Commerce is holding a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at the Reception. Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be served. Residents can participate in a skin treatment raffle, and will receive 20% off any skin treatments purchased at the reception.
