Dear Editor,
I have known Frank West since 1990 when we met while on the Wilmington Historical Commission. I have found him to be dedicated to his and my home Town of Wilmington. His involvement in Wilmington organizations is remarkable. My husband and I have no doubt that he will be a wonderful addition to Wilmington’s Select Board.
