WILMINGTON, MA — Below are 5+ things to do in Wilmington on Wednesday, March 29, 2023:

  • The United States Air Force Band will be performing a FREE concert at 7pm at the Endslow Performing Arts Center at Reading Memorial High School (62 Oakland Road). Wilmington residents are invited to this rare and exciting event to hear great patriotic music and celebrate our veterans. FREE tickets available HERE.
  • The Shawsheen Tech PAC is holding a fundraiser at Casa Blanca in Wilmington (207 Main Street) from 11:30am to 9:30pm. A percentage of your bill (food & drink) — dine-in and take-out — will support the school’s All Night Grad Party as well as other PAC initiatives. Make sure to present this flyer to your server or when you pick up your food.
  • The Wilmington Senior Center (15 School Street) is holding several activities and programs — Blood Pressure (9am); Special Exercise (9:30am); Cards & Games (1pm); and Poker (1pm). The Senior Center will also be hosting a special Pizza Tasting & Talk at 1pm. Learn more HERE
  • The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is holding a virtual program about John F. Kennedy’s childhood with the JFK National Historic Site at noon. Learn more & register HERE.

  • The Wilmington Police Department is conducting Child Safety Seat Inspections and Installations at the Public Safety Building (1 Adelaide Street) between 10am and noon. No appointments are necessary, however, it is strongly encouraged that you call ahead at 978-658-5071 to make sure a technician is available. Learn more HERE.
  • The Friends of the Wilmington Memorial Library’s Book Store Next Door (183 Middlesex is open from 10am to 4pm. Shop for gently used books! Paperbacks $1, Hardcover $2. Good condition donations of up to two boxes are accepted during the store’s hours. For larger donations or to volunteer at the store, please email BookStoreNextDoor@gmail.com. All of the store’s proceeds benefit the Wilmington Memorial Library.
