Below is an announcement from the Reading Municipal Light Department:
READING, MA — RMLD is in the process of conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey with the help of GreatBlue research. The phone portion of the survey is near completion and the online survey link is now available below. Customers have until February 20, 2023 to complete the survey.

Customers who did not complete the survey by phone will receive an email from GreatBlue Research containing a link to the survey. GreatBlue will also send reminder emails periodically to ensure everyone who wishes to complete the survey has the opportunity to do so. Emails will come from research@greatblueresearch.com.
Please take a few moments to complete the survey, which seeks input in the areas of service reliability, rates, customer service, energy efficiency programs, power supply, and more. We greatly appreciate the opportunity to receive your feedback to help ensure continued successful process and program improvements.
