Registration begins 30 days prior to the event. Please register online using our Calendar of Events at www.wilmlibrary.org or by calling (978) 694-2099 (for Adult) or (978) 694-2098 (for Children/Teen). Please note we request registration for programs that are marked *RR. Thank you to the Friends of the Library for funding support for library programs!

Adult Programs
INDOOR Cookin’ the Books
Tuesday, October 11, 12pm
If you love to cook and enjoy talking about food and sharing recipes then this group is for you. Pick up a copy of the cookbook (or find a recipe from the book online), register on the library events calendar and record your recipe. Bring your dish to the meeting and enjoy sampling everyone’s dishes! Featured Cookbook: Back Pocket Pasta by Colu Henry.

INDOOR History of Italian Art
Thursday, October 13, 7pm
Martha Chiarchiaro, founder of Seeing History, will present an hour-long program focusing on the history of key Italian artists and some contemporary Italian-American artists Martha holds a Master Degree in the History of Art from Williams College and has traveled extensively in Europe and the U.S, visiting museums. She has been bringing history to life through art for more than 30 years.
INDOOR Needleworkers

This is a social group for those who do any kind of needle craft. Bring your knitting, crocheting, quilting, etc. and enjoy a little conversation and camaraderie.
VIRTUAL Poetry Circle

Do you enjoy writing poetry? Want input on your work? If so, this group is for you. When registering, please provide your email address so you can receive an agenda and any prep materials in advance. Led by local writing enthusiast, Barbara Alevras. If you are interested in attending this event, please email the Adult Services Librarian adultservices@wilmlibrary.org. Please include the title of the program in the subject heading. This event will be held over Zoom. You will receive an invite from the presenter prior to the program date.

Just in time for Halloween, Teen Book Club will be reading The Initial Insult by Mindy McGinnis, an Edgar Allan Poe inspired YA horror! Copies will be available for checkout prior to the meeting. Grades 9-12
VIRTUAL D&D

Interested in finding out more about this fantasy tabletop role-playing game, or looking for a group to play with? Join us for a virtual campaign via Zoom every month with DM Mike! Please register using the email address where you’d like to receive the Zoom invitation (no school emails, please). You will receive the Zoom invitation via email at least an hour before the program begins. You will need to register for an account on D&DBeyond before playing. Registration is required for most in-person programs. Please check our website on the day of the program to confirm location. Masks are no longer required for vaccinated patrons while visiting the library.
