NOTICE: WHS Class Of 2016 Health Records To Be Destroyed

The below announcement is from Wilmington Public Schools:

WILMINGTON, MA — To the members of the Wilmington High School Class of 2016: In accordance with the MA Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, 603 MR 23.06 policy, this letter is to notify you that the temporary medical records of members of the WHS Class of 2016 will be destroyed on November 1, 2022. If you wish to obtain your records, in person, please contact Kim Dragone at 978-694-6060 x 6615.
