OBITUARY: Dorothy T. (Dulong) Sheehan, 93

WILMINGTON, MA — Dorothy T. (Dulong) Sheehan, age 93, a long-time resident of Wilmington, passed away peacefully on July 10, 2022, with her loving family at her side.

Dorothy was born in Reading, MA, on August 11, 1928; she was the cherished daughter of the late James and Mary Dulong.

Dorothy was the beloved wife of the late Raymond Sheehan, devoted mother of the late Patricia Fleury and her husband Henry Fleury of Tewksbury, Dorothy Waterhouse and her late husband Lester of Lowell and Donna Laquidara and her husband Jack of Tewksbury, formerly of Wilmington. Loving “Grammie” of the late Wayne Fleury, Debra Surette, Nancy Fleury, Marc Fleury, Kevin Waterhouse, Keith Waterhouse, Kim Lind, Lori Laquidara, Teri Williams and the late Wayne Fleury. Dorothy is further survived by 20 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren. She was the dear sister of the late James Dulong, Frances Glass, and Carl Dulong and the special aunt of many nieces, nephews and their families.

Family and friends will gather for Visiting at the Nichols Funeral Home, 187 Middlesex Ave. (Rte. 62), Wilmington, MA, on Wednesday, July 13th from 4:00-8:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial for Dorothy will be held on Thursday, July 14th at 10:00 a.m. in St. Thomas of Villanova Church, 126 Middlesex Ave., Wilmington, MA. Interment will follow in Wildwood Cemetery, Wilmington, MA.
