Discover what bargains await you at the annual Wilmington Town Wide Yard Sale. Maps of yard sale locations will be available at the library, at wilmlibrary.org, and at the Market Basket customer service counter starting Wednesday, June 8.

VIRTUAL Author Visit with Andrew Joseph White

Join debut author Andrew Joseph White for a Pride Month discussion about his YA horror dystopia novel, Hell Followed With Us, about embracing the monster within and unleashing its power against your oppressors. Sixteen-year-old trans boy Benji is on the run from the cult that raised him—the fundamentalist sect that unleashed Armageddon and decimated the world’s population. INDOOR Steve Rudolph Trio in Concert

Get your toes tapping as the Steve Rudolph Trio presents a joyous sampling of some of the best of American popular music from ‘40s, ‘50s and ‘60s – from Big Band tunes to Frank Sinatra to Elvis. Pianist/vocalist Steve Rudolph, founder of the trio, has performed extensively for over 50 years both in the U.S. and in Europe in venues ranging from jazz clubs to churches.

Welcome Back Week, June 18 – June 25

Coupled with the start of our all ages annual Summer Reading Program, the Wilmington Memorial LIbrary wants to invite all patrons to return to the library if it’s been a while since your last visit. Highlighted programs include a visit from Ted Reinstein, Big Wheels, and the Summer Reading Kickoff with Musician Matt Heaton. All week, we will be accepting food donations for fines, have yesteryear history display thanks to the Town Museum, and will be handing out daily treats. INDOOR Book Brunch

Help kickoff the adult summer reading program by enjoying a light breakfast with others and listening to book recommendations presented by Library Trustee and host of Book Stew Eileen MacDougall.  Join the fun afterward by participating in the “Read Beyond the Beaten Path” summer reading program, which will be explained at the breakfast.

WML In-Person Programming

Registration is required for most in-person programs. Please check our website on the day of the program to confirm location. Masks are no longer required for vaccinated patrons while visiting the library.

WML Virtual Programming

The library continues to offer a variety of virtual events. Please note that registration is required in order to receive the Zoom link. Go to wilmlibrary.org to register or call 978-658-2967.

Open Saturdays & Wednesdays, 10am – 4pm
Shop discount books! Paperbacks for $1 and hardcovers for $2.
The Book Store is staffed by volunteers from the Friends of the Library and all proceeds help support library programs.
