LIBRARY LINEUP: Town-Wide Yard Sale Set For June 11; Applications Now Available

Adult Programs

Town-Wide Yard Sale Applications Open

Applications are now open for the Annual Town-Wide Yard Sale on Saturday, June 11, 2022. Sellers – applications available on the website and at the library.  The $15 fee includes two yard sale signs plus directional signs and lots of publicity. The application deadline is Saturday, June 4. Shoppers – maps of yard sale locations will be available at, at the library, and at Market Basket starting Wednesday, June 8.

INDOOR Meditation

Monday, May 9, 7pm

Are you feeling stressed? Meditation helps with relaxation and leads to a reduction of stress and anxiety. Explore a number of methods that will help you develop or deepen your practice, no experience needed! Led by Susan Ravagni from the Wilmington Yoga Loft. Funded by the Wilmington Family Counseling Service.

INDOOR Restorative Yoga

Saturday, May 14, 11:30am

Restorative yoga is a gentle quiet form of yoga that uses props to support the body, allowing for mental and emotional relaxation. It is helpful for bringing the mind & body into balance. There will be light and mindful movement and supported still poses. No experience is necessary. Open to all levels. Led by Sheila Leaden from The Yoga Loft.  Funded by the Wilmington Family Counseling Service.

If you’re missing your loved ones that live far away, join our book group and enjoy books together virtually! We’ll read one book together as a group, have some fun discussions and then families will have a chance to break off into groups and read a book or two together. INDOOR Crafternoon: Beeswax Wraps

Make reusable beeswax wraps for your school lunch in this month’s Crafternoon. Grades 4-8

OUTDOOR Drop-in Storytimes

Friday, May 13, 10am
It’s time for outdoor storytimes! This storytime includes books, rhymes, music and movement. In the event of inclement weather, recent rain, or temperatures under 55° or above 85°, storytime will move INDOORS. Ages 2-6

WML In-Person Programming

Registration is required for most in-person programs. Please check our website on the day of the program to confirm location. Masks are no longer required for vaccinated patrons while visiting the library.

WML Virtual Programming

The library continues to offer a variety of virtual events. Please note that registration is required in order to receive the Zoom link. Go to to register or call 978-658-2967.

Open Saturdays & Wednesdays, 10am – 4pm
Shop discount books! Paperbacks for $1 and hardcovers for $2.
The Book Store is staffed by volunteers from the Friends of the Library and all proceeds help support library programs.
