WCTV Announce New Production Assistant
Frank Messer joined WCTV in March 2022. Frank has 17 years of television production experience which is very useful to his role at WCTV. He has worked for local Boston TV stations as well as many television outlets on the West Coast. At WCTV, Frank is a part time member of the staff. He loves working with WCTV members to promote their show ideas as well as working in the field to capture Wilmington events. Frank also runs a photography/design business on the side and resides with his wife in Lowell, MA and their cat, Phoebe. You can reach out to Frank at: frank@wctv.org.
