POLICE LOG for March 24: 2 Incidents At CVS; Transformer Blew; Road Rage; Upset Patient

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Thursday, March 24, 2022:
  • An employee at CVS called to report a customer complained about driver in parking lot asking customers for money and cigarettes multiple times. Driver was gone by the time police arrived. (1:39am)
  • Branch fell on transformer on Birchwood Road causing power outage. RMLD notified. (10:26am)
  • A caller reported road rage incident the started on 93. Vehicles pulled onto Jewel Drive. One vehicle then left. Caller was told to follow up with State Police if he wanted to pursue further since incident occurred on state highway. (11:07am)
  • Employee at Winchester Family Medical Center on Salem Street requested police presence due to unruly patient. Patient did not want a female nurse tending to him, so male physician tended to him. Patient is now on his way out without further incident. (4:55pm)
  • A caller requested an officer respond to CVS drive-thru. Caller claimed pharmacist slammed window in her face and is now refusing her service or giving her her medication. Caller left before police arrived. (7:40pm)
