5 Things To Do In Wilmington On Saturday, March 26, 2022: Train & Toy Show At Shriners; Girl Scout Cookies Sale At Post Office; Beauty & The Beast Sold Out

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are 5 things to do in Wilmington on Saturday, March 26, 2022:

  • All aboard! Greenberg’s Great Train & Toy Show stops in Wilmington on Saturday, March 26, 2022, from 10am to 4pm, and Sunday, March 27, 2022, from 10am to 4pm at the Shriners Auditorium (99 Fordham Road). Greenberg’s Great Train & Toy Show is the largest and longest-running model train and collectible toy show in the country. The show is geared towards the general public and towards modelers and hobbyists, featuring hundreds of tables of trains and accessories for sale, huge operating exhibits, activities for kids, and more. Adult Admission is $11 Saturday or $10 Sunday. (On-site ticket sales are cash only.) Kids 11 and under are admitted for FREE and do NOT need a ticket. Tickets will be available for purchase HERE. Parking is FREE.
  • UPDATE: The Saturday performance of “Beauty and the Beast” at Wilmington Middle School is SOLD OUT.
  • Girl Scout Troop 66233 is selling the last of their Girl Scout Cookies from 10am to noon at the Wilmington Post Office. Limited supply. Arrive early for best selection. $5 per box. Cash or Venmo accepted.
  • The Friends of the Wilmington Memorial Library’s Book Store Next Door (183 Middlesex Avenue) is open from 10am to 4pm. 100% of all proceeds support the Wilmington Memorial Library. Learn more HERE.
  • Prospective students are welcome to attend with their parents a Family Fun Day on Saturday, March 26, 2022, from 11am to 1pm, at the Abundant Life Christian School (173 Church Street). The event will include: balloon animals, face painting, snacks, and refreshments.  The school’s Admissions Team and teachers will be available to chat with families interested in attending the school. Childcare will not be provided. All minors (under age 18) must be accompanied by an adult.
