POLICE LOG for January 29: Town Plow Damages Homeowner’s Basketball Hoop; Caller States She Misplaced $2,800 In Envelopes

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Saturday, January 29, 2022:

• A 2-vehicle crash occurred on 93 North Exit 34 ramp. One party transported to Winchester Hospital. (6:48am)
• A caller reported her elderly mother noticed a purple balloon tied to her mailbox. She is unsure why it’s there and will remove it tomorrow. She was told to call the police if anything looked out of place. (9:35am)
• A Jere Road caller reported a town plow hit and damaged his basketball hoop. (11:57am)
• A caller stated that on January 18, she misplaced envelopes containing approximately $2800 in cash. (12:50pm)
