WILMINGTON, MA — Catherine C. (Aupperlee) DiMeo, age 85, of Wilmington, MA, passed away peacefully at home on January 30, 2022.
Catherine was born in Cambridge, MA, on October 23, 1936; she was the dear daughter of the late John and Cecilie (Dionne) Aupperlee and one of 10 siblings.
Catherine was the beloved mother of Dominic DiMeo of Wilmington, MA, Casey Stone of Cambridge, MA, Donna Spinos of North Reading, MA, Dianne Powers of Seabrook, NH, Arthur G. DiMeo, Jr. of Saugus, MA and Deborah Mandolese of Barnstead, NH. Catherine was the dear grandmother of many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Catherine is predeceased by her brother and “best buddy” John Aupperlee as well as all of her siblings; she is further survived by many nieces, nephews and their families.
Family and friends will gather for a Graveside Service at the Wildwood Cemetery, 233 Middlesex Ave., Wilmington, MA, on Wednesday, February 2nd at 12:00 noon.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Nichols Funeral Home, Wilmington, MA.
