Learn how Mindful strategies can help you develop a greater awareness of mind and body to restore health and wellness. After learning simple exercises and with regular practice, participants can develop skills that enable them to let go of negative thoughts, achieve calm, and have more compassion. Led by Sally Palmer, Mindful Stress Reduction Educator and Yoga teacher.
