LIBRARY LINEUP: Wilmington Defeats Tewksbury In ‘Reading Rivals’ Competition; SAT & ACT Program For Teens On December 11

Reading Rivals

We did it! After 6 weeks of diligent reading, Wilmington has secured the Reading Rivals trophy! Wilmington readers gathered just about 770,000 minutes of reading, and Tewksbury had 761,500. The competition involved almost 1,000 readers from both communities and over 1.5 million minutes read.

Open Wednesdays and Saturdays, 10am – 4pm
Shop discount books! Paperbacks for $1 and hardcovers for $2.
The Book Store is staffed by volunteers from the Friends of the Library and all proceeds help support library programs. The Book Store will be closed on Wednesday, November 24th.

WML In-Person Programming

Registration is required for most in-person programs. If a program is outdoors and inclement weather is forecast, the program may be held inside the library.  Please check our website on the day of the program to confirm location. Masks are required required inside Town buildings regardless of vaccination status. 

WML Virtual Programming

The library continues to offer a variety of virtual events. Please note that registration is required in order to receive the Zoom link. Go to to register or call 978-658-2967.

The library is open Monday – Thursday 9am – 9pm, and Friday & Saturday 9am – 5pm.
Thanksgiving Holiday Hours: Wednesday, 11/24: 9am – 5pm. Thursday, 11/25 & Friday, 11/26: Closed
