- DEADLINE: Today is the final day to register to donate a tree, wreath of basket for We’re One Wilmington’s upcoming Festival of Trees. Register donations HERE: www.onewilmington.org/events/festival-of-trees. Set-up/drop-off will take place at Villanova Hall on November 28, 2021 & November 29, 2021.
- The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) closes early at 5pm today.
- The Wilmington Senior Center (15 School Street) is holding Special Exercise with Mary at 9:30am and Cards/Games at 1pm. Learn more HERE.
- The Wilmington Police Department is conducting Child Safety Seat Inspections and Installations at the Public Safety Building (1 Adelaide Street) between 10am and noon. No appointments are necessary, however, it is strongly encouraged that you call ahead at 978-658-5071 to make sure a technician is available. Learn more HERE.
- The holiday can be a time filled with loneliness, sadness, anxiety, stress, tension, non-acceptance, and more. The Front Line Initiative, which includes the Wilmington Police Department, is providing FREE online access to supports this Thanksgiving — Wednesday, November 24, 2021, from 5pm to 8pm, and Thursday, November 25, 2021, from 5pm to 8pm.
