WCTV NEWS & NOTES: Get Your VHS Tapes Converted To DVD; Cookin’ The Books Live On October 25

Below is an announcement from Wilmington Community Television:


Do you have boxes of old VHS tapes but no VCR? Perhaps you have some MINIDV tapes or VHS tapes you’d like converted to a DVD? Would you like to preserve your precious home videos forever? Let WCTV help! Preserving your special memories makes a great holiday gift! Drop off your media at WCTV and within a few weeks, you will have access to download your digital videos, have them burned to a DVD or saved to a USB thumb drive. For $15.00 per VHS tape you will receive a Digital File Download in your Dropbox. Best of all, the money brought in through this project will all go to support WCTV! As a small non-profit we can certainly use your support right now. Schedule a time to drop off your tapes and receive and estimate by calling 978-657-4066.


Cookin’ The Books: Monday, October 25, 2:30pm 
Tune in for this fun and informative take on cooking with Lisa Cripsin of the Wilmington Memorial Library. On each episode, Lisa recreates a recipe from a cookbook and shares all the delicious details with you. View on: Verizon channel 37 and Comcast channel 9.
