POLICE LOG for September 29: Dorchester Man Arrested; Squirrel Gets Head Stuck In Drain

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Wednesday, September 29, 2021:
  • A caller reported a squirrel has its head stuck in the drain hole in a parking lot on Middlesex Avenue. Animal Control Officer responded. Squirrel was freed. (12:19pm)
  • Salem Street resident reported a Benevento’s truck dropped stone on the sidewalk and her front lawn yesterday. Police notified Benevento’s, which will send someone for cleanup. (3:05pm)
  • Police received reports of a deceased turkey causing a traffic hazard on Lowell Street. (5:35pm)
  • Anthony B. McDaniels (58, Dorchester) was arrested on a warrant. (10:54pm)
