WILMINGTON, MA — Calling all chefs! Sign up for one of our fall cooking classes!
Kids Test Kitchen – In this program, children will prepare fun snacks, entrees and side dishes with key nutritious ingredients. Each week your “chef” will take home the recipe and main dish of the week to demonstrate their new skills. This class will run on Tuesdays, October 12 – November 16 (6 weeks) and is open to children in grades 1 – 5. We are offering two classes, the first is 3:45 – 4:45 p.m. and the second is 5 – 6 p.m. Cost is $115.00 per participant.
Brunch Boss – This class for adults will set you on the path to becoming a more confident and skillful baker as you prepare delicious breakfast treats! Master “mise en place”, learn mixing methods and the fundamentals of flour and bread basics. You can then apply these skills to other baking projects. Each week you will take home delicious treats to share. Classes will take place on Wednesdays, October 6 – 27 (4 weeks) from 6 – 8:30 p.m. Cost is $135.00 per participant.
Both classes will take place in the Consumer Science Room at Wilmington High School.
