WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Police Department is hosting its 7th Annual National Night Out celebration on Tuesday, August 3, 2021, from 5pm to 8pm, at Wilmington Rotary Park, across from the Public Safety Building (1 Adelaide Street).
This free family-friendly event will feature:
- Police & Fire vehicles on display
- Opportunities to meet many of WPD’s law enforcement & community partners
- K9 demonstrations
- Bouncy houses
- WPD Ice Cream Truck
- Flyovers from a Massachusetts State Police helicopter (around 5:45pm)
National Night Out is a community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make neighborhoods safer and more caring places to live.
