#1) Watch Wilmington Board of Selectmen Meeting
The Wilmington Board of Selectmen meets at 7pm in the Town Hall Auditorium. In-person attendance from the public will not be permitted. Residents should watch the meeting via WCTV and http://www.wctv.org. Instructions on how to make public comments are on the agenda. Read the agenda HERE.
#2) Library Event: Cookin’ The Books On WCTV
Join Library Associate Lisa Crispin as she talks about and demonstrates recipes from the cookbook Cook with Me by Alex Guernaschelli. Shown live at 2:30pm on WCTV on Comcast 9 / Verizon 37 and online at WCTV.org/live.
#3) Library Event: Cookin’ The Books Pt. II
If you love to cook and enjoy talking about food and sharing recipes then this group is for you. Pick up a copy of the cookbook (or find a recipe from the book/chef online); cook a dish or two then join with others to discuss what worked and what didn’t. You will come away with new friends and new recipes. Led by our own library chef, Lisa Crispin. Meeting takes place at 7pm via Zoom. Learn more and register HERE.
#4) WCTV Looking To Spotlight Local Musicians
WCTV is looking for Wilmington musicians to be part of our studio produced program called, LIVE from Studio 887. #5) Wilmington Recreation Department Selling Commemorative Bricks & Memorial Benches For Yentile Farm
The Wilmington Recreation Department is taking orders if you would like to “purchase a brick” for the area in front of the concession stand, or dedicate one of the benches. This is a great way to honor a loved one, or simply to celebrate your pride in Wilmington.
The pricing is as follows:
- Brick (Single Size): $125
- Brick (Double Size): $300
- Bench: $2,000 (only 2 left)
The Rec Department is accepting orders for a Spring 2021 installation through April 30, 2021.
