#2) TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Work To Begin On Middlesex Avenue
Please be advised that the Wilmington Department of Public Works will begin work on the above roadway tentatively planned to begin Monday March 29, 2021.
Work will begin with the installation of vertical granite curbing between the Whitefield School parking lot and Shady Lane Drive. As the project progresses, Middlesex Ave will be resurfaced from Federal Street to Shady Lane Drive in mid to late April 2021.
During milling and paving operations, Middlesex Ave will be closed in the eastbound direction at Federal Street. Traffic will be detoured using Federal Street to Woburn Street to High Street.
