WILMINGTON, MA — CBRE has brokered the sale of Regency Place, a 120-unit multifamily community in Wilmington, MA. The sales price was not disclosed.
Located at 7000 Horseshoe Lane, the community is comprised of 120 apartments spread over nearly 12-acres consisting of five three-story walk-up buildings and a free-standing clubhouse. Amenities at the property include an outdoor pool, fitness center and a community room. Regency Place is located just off exit 38 on I-93 and two exits north of the I-95 exchange.
Simon Butler, Biria St. John and John McLaughlin of CBRE represented the seller, an institutional investor advised by CBRE Global Investors, in the transaction. The buyer was an affiliate of Harbor Group International.
