#1) Watch Wilmington Finance Committee Meeting

The Wilmington Finance Committee meets at 7pm via Zoom. Read the agenda HERE.

#2) Watch Shawsheen Tech School Committee Meeting

The Shawsheen Tech School Committee meets at 7:30pm in the John P. Miller Conference Room. Watch the meeting on the school’s Youtube channel. Read the agenda HERE.

#3) Library Event: Preschool Storytime

This storytime for preschoolers includes books, rhymes, and music. Ages 3-5. Zoom Meeting Room invitations will be emailed to registered attendees at least one hour before the event. Register HERE.

#4) Library Event: Creative Writing Skills Group

Learn and apply creative writing tips, tools, and techniques shared by published authors and other writing experts at this 7pm meeting. Open to all who want to improve their creative writing skills and get their work published.  Led by local writing enthusiast, Barbara Alevras. If you are interested in attending this event, please email Assistant Director Charlotte Wood at cwood@wilmlibrary.org.  Please include the title of the program in the subject heading.  This event will be held over Zoom.  You will receive an invite from the presenter prior to the program date.

#5) Caregiver Virtual Night: Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) In The Home

Wilmington Pulic Schools is hosting another Caregiver Virtual Night from 7pm to 8pm. Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) is a school-wide framework used throughout the Wilmington Schools that promotes positive and expected behaviors and healthy social and emotional development. This presentation will support caregivers in bringing elements of PBIS into the home setting. Caregivers will leave the presentation with strategies to teach and reinforce expected and healthy behaviors. Presented by Scott Greenspan. Register HERE.
