#2) Shawsheen Tech Holding Live Event For Prospective Students & Parents

Middle school parents and students are invited to join Shawsheen Tech students and faculty for a live event at 6pm highlighting what the school offers for arts, communication and business. Watch live here.

#3) Library Event: Baby Time

This 10am virtual library program of songs, rhymes, games and picture books is for babies under the age of two years and their caregivers. Zoom Meeting Room invitations will be emailed to registered attendees at least one hour before the event. Register HERE.

#4) Library Event: Online LEGO Club

The Wilmington Memorial Library is holding a meeting of its online LEGO Club at 4pm. Build LEGOs (or whatever building materials you have at your house) at the same time as other LEGO fans online.  At the end, you can share what you made during the time, and show one other item that you may have already built at home.  Ages 5+. #5) Library Event: Author Talk — The Last Traverse

Author Ty Gagne talks about his new book The Last Traverse: Tragedy and Resilience in the Winter Whites at 7pm. It is the true story of two friends on a winter hike on the Franconia Ridge that goes awry, and the search-and-rescue efforts that keep it from becoming a bigger tragedy. What makes it especially relevant for this moment is the insight into how we make high-stakes decisions and manage risk in uncertain situations.  Ty is CEO of PRIMEX, a public entity risk pool based in New Hampshire; he is also a certified wilderness first responder.
