Wilmington Senior Center Collecting Gift Cards For Wilmington Seniors This Holiday Season

WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Senior Center is currently collecting gift cards as part of its annual Giving Tree program. Suggestions include Market Basket, Lucci’s, Elia’s Country Store, Dunkin’ Donuts, and any other local restaurants that does take out and/or delivery.

“This will be a wonderful way of showing our seniors that they are being thought of and at the same time supporting local business,” wrote Elderly Services Director Terri Marciello in her latest newsletter.

Gift cards can be dropped off in the designated drop box outside the Senior Center’s front door. If dropping off Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm, donors can also choose to call the Center at 978-657-7595 or 978-658-2258 and a staff member will come out to the parking to retrieve the gift cards.

Gift cards can also be mailed to the Center at Buzzell Senior Center, 15 School Street, Wilmington, MA 01887.
