POLICE LOG for November 14: Teens Light Stuff On Fire At Skate Park; Angry Customer At Consignment Shop

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Saturday, November 14, 2020:
  • A caller reported a random dog sitting by the entrance at Starbucks. Owner eventually retrieved dog. (8:36am)
  • A Mill Road caller reported someone requested a SBA loan under his name. (9:53am)
  • A customer was irate inside the Main Street Consignment & Thrift Store. Customer claimed employee was being discriminatory. Police responded and restored the peace. Misunderstanding took place. Customer will follow up with owner. (11:41am)
  • A caller reported juveniles in the Shawsheen skate park were lighting stuff on fire in a barrel. Police responded and observed remnants of fire in barrel. 20 kids at park would not say who started it. Police received several different stories. Police decided to shut park down and remained in the area until everyone left. (4:02pm)
