WILMINGTON, MA — According to Wilmington Police Log, Wilmington Police issued the following arrests and summonses between October 29, 2020 to November 4, 2020.
Thursday, October 29, 2020
- Trevor Scott Eaton (32, Lowell) was arrested. Courtesy booking for North Reading Police. Eaton was allegedly involved in a crash that caused property damage. He drove off the road multiple times and had a flat tire. Water gate cover at Woburn & Allgrove was found sticking out from the ground.(1:19am)
- John T. Kennedy (46, Wilmington) was arrested for shoplifting. A CVS employee reported a past shoplifting incident. Kennedy allegedly stole razors and headphones. Police obtained surveillance footage. Kennedy was trespassed from the store. (3:39am)

- Joel D. Herrera-Acosta (26, Lowell) was arrested for Unlicensed Operation Of A Motor Vehicle, No Or Expired Inspection Sticker, and Miscellaneous Motor Vehicle Equipment Violation. (6:15pm)

- Kimberlie Kelley (31, Wilmington) was arrested for Possession Of A Class A drug. A caller reported a driver passed out behind the wheel on Glendale Circle. (11:37am)
- Elias A. Amado (41, Boston) was arrested for Larceny Under $1200 and Break Into Depository. Domingos Alves (51, Boston) was arrested for Larceny Under $1200 and Break Into Depository. A caller reported larceny from donation bins behind Rite Aid. Caller stated a disgruntled ex-employee gave away keys to the donation bins. The involved parties have been observed in Brighton and Malden unlocking the bins and stealing the contents. Caller has screenshots of security camera footage. (7:19pm)
