WILMINGTON, MA — A new sex offender for Wilmington was added to the state’s Sex Offender Registry last week.
In 2018, Ricardo Sainvil was convicted of assault with intent to commit rape and indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older.
He is classified as a Level 3 Sex Offender. “Level 3” indicates a high risk of re-offending and pose a high degree of danger to the public.
Sainvil is a 35-year-old black male. He’s 6’3″, 192 lbs, with brown eyes and black hair.
He lives in Wilmington, but works at 340 Ballardvale Street in Wilmington.

Any person who uses sex offender registration information for such purpose shall be punished by not more than two and one-half (2 ½) years in a house of correction or by fine of not more than $1000.00 or both.
