WILMINGTON, MA — Below are 3 things to know in Wilmington on Friday, September 4, 2020:

#1) Wilmington’s Latest COVID-19 Numbers

The Wilmington Health Department announced on Thursday that Wilmington currently has 6 active positive COVID-19 cases, with an additional 7 residents in quarantine. This is down slightly from last week (7 active, 7 additional in quarantine).

#2) Wilmington Veterans Department’s Holds Rolling Parade On Wednesday (PHOTOS & VIDEOS)

On Wednesday, the Wilmington Department of Veterans Services held a Patriotic Rolling Parade to honor the 75th Anniversary of the end of WWII.  Classic cars were driven by the homes of WWII Veterans to show our appreciation of The Greatest Generation.

#3) Wilmington Senior Center, AJ’s Kitchen & Winchester Hospital Provide Free Lunch To Wilmington Seniors On Wednesday

The Wilmington Senior Center organized a Grab ‘N Go Lunch for more than 100 Wilmington seniors on Wednesday to celebrate National Senior Center Month. Meals were provided by AJ’s Kitchen and sponsored by Winchester Hospital Community Benefits.
