#2) Wilmington Library & WCTV Presents ‘5 Wishes’
The Wilmington Memorial Library & WCTV presents “5 Wishes” from 2:30pm to 4pm live on WCTV. Five Wishes is unique among all other living will and health agent forms because it speaks to all of a person’s needs: medical, personal, emotional and spiritual. Five Wishes helps guide and structure discussions with your family and physician, making conversations easier. Presented by Dr. Susan Carroccino, who is a practicing nurse for Winchester Hospital Urgent Care and instructor at Merrimack College. Brought to you with federal funds provided by the Institute of Museum and Library Services and administered by the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners.
