VIDEO: High School Students Raise $800 For Wilmington Food Pantry, Still Time To Donate To Their Efforts

WILMINGTON, MA — Watch the latest episode of “Talk of the Town” with WCTV’s Lisa Kapala featuring quick, feel-good stories from around town.

In this episode, Kapala interviews Wilmington student Anay Gandhi and Burlington students Ayush Shingavi and Anshul Shirude. The boys have organized a “Sponsor-A-Basket” initiative to raise money for local food pantries. Baskets are put together with requested items from each pantry. They’ve already raised more than $4,500 worth of food for the Burlington, Lexington, Tewksbury, Arlington, Wilmington, and Bedford food pantries.

Make a donation to their Wilmington-specific GoFundMe page to help them continue to give to the Wilmington Food Pantry.
